Polish doctors have managed to reconstruct the face of a 24-year-old woman from Ukraine. Alina Tsoj was badly maimed in a Russian bombing. She lost almost her entire face below her nose: much of her neck, her chin, jaw, mouth, lips, teeth and part of her tongue. Ukrainian doctors feared she would not survive, but she made it anyway. Plastic surgeons now also gave the young mother of two her face back.
