Doctors who violate the euthanasia law can no longer be convicted solely for poison murder. They may also receive a lesser sentence or a disciplinary sanction. The De Croo government has reached an agreement on this. This is confirmed by the office of Minister of Justice Paul Van Tigchelt (Open Vld).
