Letuts and jätski with jam are delicious in summer. Jam jar if the other one is empty at the same time. Only rinsed cans for recycling… but wait a minute, it’s not worth it!
A clever, summer salad dressing is created from the remains of a jar of jam, when you pour one part wine vinegar into the jar (for example, white wine vinegar is great for this) and three parts olive oil.
Add a peeled, split clove of garlic, salt, black pepper and a sprig of herbs.
Give the jar a good shake and store the sauce in the refrigerator. Serve as a salad dressing.
