Now Ståhlberg’s voice is perhaps better known than the face.
Kirsi Ståhlberg, 41, is still remembered from the Secret Lives series. She featured Isabella Holm from the fall of 2007 to the end of 2013.
– It’s really been ten years! Time has passed terribly fast, Ståhlberg exclaims.
Isabella has been spinning the Salkkare replays since 2013, but Ståhlberg admits she hasn’t watched the series since she left.
Of course, he remembers Isabella’s time well.
– It was one stage in my life. It was a lot of fun making the sweaters and the colleagues were awesome. But time for each one.

Ståhlberg is not surprised by the popularity of Secret Lives. The series has been of interest to viewers since 1999.
– The series stays up and running. There is always a new generation that starts to follow Salkkare, Ståhlberg ponders.
He himself did not know the series at all when he went to the test shots.
– I watched it at the very beginning, but when I went to work in the theater in 2002, I was closed all night, so I watched the series.
– In the test shots, I was asked how well I know the people. I had to admit I don’t know anything about them. I only remembered the characters who were involved at the very beginning, Ståhlberg laughs.
Ståhlberg graduated from Lahti University of Applied Sciences with a degree in music theater with a major in singing and acting. He has performed in musicals and other singing projects.
– I could have done more work in the field, but when my daughter was born in 2014, I started thinking about other options. I no longer wanted to be at work all night and on the weekends and travel around.
– For the last five years, I have been recruiting for Yle as a consultant, Ståhlberg says about his current patterns.
Recruitment means that Ståhlberg writes job advertisements, interviews job seekers and conducts personal assessments.
– It’s a very different job than an actor’s job!
– But even in my current job, I sometimes have to resort to the actor’s gifts when I pretend to be on the map, for example, about some IT matters. And then Google sings when I find out.
In addition, Ståhlberg does audio work and commercials.
The daughter is now a first grader.
There is also a puppy of a Jack Russell Terrier at home, which Ståhlberg describes as quite a pest.
– It’s a very stubborn, quite a case. But humor survives.
Iltalehti talked about the new summer theater at Ståhlberg’s new summer theater in Hämeenlinna.
The new summer theater in Hämeenlinna will see a road trip-inspired Mikko Kivisen and Otto Kanervan a musical comedy based on the singing stories of Gösta Sundqvist How are you, Marja-Leena?
Ståhlberg has worked with Kivinen and Kanerva before and was also asked about the summer theater.
– I had to refuse for scheduled reasons. My daughter is still so small that I didn’t want to tie myself elsewhere, says Ståhlberg, who lives in Helsinki.
But is he still seen on television somewhere other than in commercials?
– It should never be said never, the actor replies.
