Irish gymnast Rhys McClenaghan has broken the world record for Russian turns. In one minute McClenaghan reached 42 ‘Russian circles’, while the old record was 35 within one minute. In the Russian turn, a gymnast rests on the hands, with the rest of the body twisting around the bowed horse.
