Unexpectedly missing from the lineup of the Colorado Avalanche Valery Nitshushkin new information has been revealed about the case. The Russian forward left the Avalanche for personal reasons while his team was playing in the playoffs against the Seattle Kraken.
The Seattle Times obtained an April 22 911 call from a hotel used by the Avalanche, made by one of the team’s doctors. The team searching for the Russian found a 28-year-old woman in poor condition in his room.

According to the Seattle Times, the woman was born in Ukraine and lived in Russia before coming to the United States. He had no home address in the United States.
The recovered woman told authorities that an unknown man had taken her passport and that she regretted coming to the United States.
The Denver Post has reported that no criminal investigation has been initiated into the incident.
