On July 9th and 10th, 2023, the biggest biannual fashion event will take place again at the Amsterdam RAI. During the Modefabriek you will meet like-minded fashion professionals, attend master classes and lectures, discover the most important fashion trends for the Spring/Summer 2024 season and get to know over 400 fashion brands.
Fashion for everyone
At Modefabriek you will find the new collections of the best women’s brands, men’s and women’s fashion brands as well as wonderful children’s brands.
Ninetyfour offers streetwear for men and women like never before. Extraordinary designs, quality and a touch of playfulness are in the foreground. Streetwear lovers will also get their money’s worth with the Spanish brand Grimey. In the same category are Age Official, the most popular Korean sneaker brand right now, and Italian Sergio Tacchini, popular thanks to the tennis core trend in Korea. So it won’t be long before the label conquers our country.
Brands with a green heart
Sustainability plays an important role at Modefabriek, and with the new European regulations from 2025 obliging fashion brands to produce sustainably, it becomes an even more important issue. O My Bag is an example of this; they make not only sustainable but also ethical leather handbags. The Spanish fashion brand ECOALF – for men, women and children – has focused on recycling and recycled materials since 2009.
New women’s brands in focus
Some brands not to be missed are Birgitte Herskind, Stella Forest and Berenice. Birgitte Herskind is for style-conscious women and inspires fans of Scandinavian fashion. Natural materials, roomy cuts and neutral colors dominate this brand, which is highly recognized in the fashion world. Berenice shows how simplicity and classicism harmonize with each other and by no means have to be boring. Stella Forest offers fashion for a diverse target group that loves flowers and a touch of bohemian romance in everyday life, you could say. Naetur, the brand of international top model Romee Strijd, offers an extensive jewelery collection and has recently expanded into fashion and swimwear.
New brands in The Fashion Gallery on Modefabriek
There is much new to discover at the Fashion Gallery in the upcoming edition, where high-end women’s brands present their latest collections. Among others, Devotion Twins, Sophie + Lucie, Ivana Helsinki, Papu Design, Moliin, Coéme, Nema, Dea Kudibal, Pieszak, K&J Belgium and MABE are on the scene. The Dea Kudibal brand is one of the new labels in the Fashion Gallery that you want to discover. The Danish brand offers bold colours, feminine silhouettes and eye-catching details.
New brands at Drive Inn Junior: children’s fashion!
In January 2023, the first Drive Inn Junior x Modefabriek release was a huge success with 20 beautiful children’s fashion collections. That’s why Drive Inn Junior returns even bigger in July! Here’s a little taste of the new international brands that will be there. Levi’s has been producing the best denim products for adults for over 150 years and since 2005 also for children and youth. The Belgian brand AO76 stands for fashion with a twist for children and young people. Cheerful patterns, cool items and summery looks. From France we have the designer brand Arsène et les Pipelettes, loved by everyone who likes French style. And K-Way Junior for little adventurers. The spring-summer collection includes robust and waterproof jackets, sporty t-shirts and other items that make a holiday in nature perfect. From Italy comes EMC (Everything Must Change), brand new on the Dutch market. Trendy, comfortable and sustainable clothing with a simple style.
And that’s just a small selection of the new labels at Modefabriek in July 2023. Over 400 fashion brands from all over the world are represented. You can find a complete overview of all brands on the Modefabriek website.
