Discount and a look behind the scenes: this will soon be available at IKEA Delft

From March 11 to March 16 it is Circular Economy week. That’s why there are all kinds that week fun activities to do at IKEA Delft. That’s not all: they also have a great discount promotion!

The Circular Economy week is a national event where the reuse of materials, circularity, is central. IKEA Delft also contributes to this and takes the opportunity to create a great activity program to organize for young and old. Extra fun: this week you will score extra benefits. Craft workshop

On Wednesday, March 13, Ipse de Bruggen will give a craft workshop. Ipse de Bruggen is an organization that guides children, young people and adults with intellectual disabilities. At IKEA Delft they explain to children how they can make a new item from textile scraps.

Scavenger hunt

There is even more to do for the children this week. There is a treasure hunt where you have to find a hidden word in the store. If you hand in the completed treasure hunt card at the cash register, you will receive a small prize.

Contest

There is also something to win during this week of activities! Participating is very easy. Leave your details at the return box in the restaurant. A nice prize will be raffled among the participants. What that is remains exciting for a while.

Backstage tour

Are you an IKEA Family member? Then this week you get a unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the large IKEA building. You take a look at the back of the Koopjeshoek and at the office. Besides the fact that it’s fun for the curious ones to have a look backstage If you watch it, you will also learn something from it. The building is built around circularity. During the tour it is explained how this works.

Extra trade-in value for IKEA Family

IKEA Family members get even more benefits. Did you know that as a Family member you always get a 15 percent discount on the trade-in value of your old IKEA furniture? From March 1 to March 31, an additional 15 percent repurchase value will be added. That’s 30 percent in total!

The furniture must meet the following requirements: your product is a complete, functioning article (including shelves, slatted frames, doors and legs) and in good salable condition. In addition, your furniture is clean, assembled and not modified.
