Disconnection and the future of value creation

To a great extent, this conceptual structure of who we are ended up consolidating the educational system and, ultimately, the profession we choose, along with the role we play in the family and in society.

The time it takes a person to become aware that it is not their profession or their role, but that being transcends those expressions, is the amount of crisis and changes that they tolerate, reacting with doing and having as a strategy to appease those dissatisfactions. that they generate

As we have experienced and observed in these times, various strategies are being used to satisfy the discontent of a routine job, which is not enjoyed, or to calm the desire for something more significant, changing jobs, studying another career or perhaps a master’s degree. , that provide us with a security that we do not have, and also in the consumerism of objects, experiences or substances that help us escape, to entertain ourselves so as not to face what we feel.

Paradoxically, in the era of hyperconnectivity through technology, we are in a crisis of disconnection with ourselves, as well as lacking real and meaningful connections with others.

How to break with the inertia of an existence based on doing to yield in the process of having to accumulate?

How much and when will be enough to feel satisfied, safe and happy?

How long will we dedicate ourselves to working to satisfy needs at the expense of time, health and deep dissatisfaction?

Have you ever wondered the price you are paying for that way of existing?

There is someone who is waiting to be known and heard within you. If that’s really you.

The truth sets us free

How to live in the truth?

The coherence of living aligned between Who I am and what I do, so that what I obtain is an effect of the cause and not the primary goal. Perhaps the end no longer justifies the means.

FULLNESS is feeling COMPLETE. And you can only be complete when you are coherently aligned to a purpose.

I posit that the purpose is to identify one’s own gifts and put them to the service of someone else.

The future of value creation begins with:

  • The self-knowledge to recognize these gifts and abilities
  • Acquire disciplines to train and expand them
  • Objective consistent with the purpose to grow and generate value

To start this process I offer you some questions for your self-exploration:

What skills do I have? (in any area of life)

What is easy for me to do?

What do I enjoy that when I do it I lose track of time?

What knowledge do I have? (Include education and life experiences)

Who do I know who can help and/or can help me?

The disconnection crisis highlights the need we have to connect with ourselves. From there we can decide to do that would generate having in addition.

Probably the recipe for joy and fulfillment is not to do with a life without problems or a world without crisis, but in manifesting what we are by virtue and thus experiencing the justice of life receiving in proportion to what we give.

As entrepreneurs and businessmen, perhaps we should define the market as conscious people, and focus our efforts on serving them with products and services, but not simply to win or accumulate, but rather to ensure their good and, consequently, our own.
