Disappointing news from Aston Martin – The driver who crashed into the wall is unable to drive

Hit the wall at the end of the opening part of Saturday’s formula time trials Lance Stroll will not participate in Sunday’s race.

The Aston Martin driver has agreed with his team that the race will be missed and said that he still feels slightly injured. Stroll describes his places as still tender.

Also, putting the car in driving condition for Sunday would have required a lot of effort.

– The team has a huge job in repairing the car. Lance is understandably still timid from the hard crash. Now Lance is fully focused on recovery before the Japanese competition, the team says on the F1 website.

The Canadian was not replaced by a backup driver.

Stroll lost control of his car in the last corner of the Singapore circuit while trying to save himself from the jumbo position. From the video shot by the viewer, you can see that the McLaren drivers following behind the Canadian Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri luckily they had enough of a smell gap and were able to avoid the Aston Martin that was stuck on the track.

However, the Australian fell out of the opening section when he could not attempt another lap after the crash.

Valtteri Bottas fate was not significantly affected by the run-out. He had done his lap and dropped out of the second lap. The Finn starts from square 16.
