Motorsports website Dirtfish newsthat in addition to Latvia, there will also be another newcomer to the World Rally Championship calendar next season.
The return to the WRC program is the Polish rally, which takes place on the last weekend of June.
Poland was dropped from the WRC calendar six years ago due to inadequate safety measures. Since then, the Polish rally has been part of the European championship series.
According to Dirtfish, the program for the WRC season will be confirmed at the FIA board meeting on October 19.
