Director Wim Wenders ventured onto the catwalk for Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto.
The 78-year-old presented designs from the new collection at the Japanese designer’s show at Paris Fashion Week on Thursday. He walked the catwalk with another model in a special suit look and sunglasses.
Wenders and Yamamoto (80) have a long history of collaboration and friendship. The filmmaker wears the designer’s outfits on many occasions. He also made a film about Yamamoto: ‘Notes on Clothes and Cities’ (1989). (dpa)
