The French fashion house Dior opened its first store in Hamburg last week.
The two-story store is located on the Neuer Wall shopping street. The store spans nearly 500 square meters and presents women’s and men’s collections, accessories and jewelry, Dior announced on Monday. On the ground floor you will find women’s shoes, bags and jewelery creations by jeweler Victoire de Castellane. The upper floor houses the women’s SS23 collection designed by Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri and designs by Kim Jones, who oversees the fashion house’s menswear collections.
The design of the store is characterized by the interplay of wood and white, accentuated by beige and gold tones. A modern interior design is complemented by works of art and recurring codes of the fashion house, such as the Versailles parquet or the Cannage motif on the mirrors.
