Dionne Stax takes an ugly sneer from Marc-Marie Huijbregts. The comedian thinks that the presenter is on TV so often that it is a bit too much for him. “Jesus, Dionne, hold back.”
She is the one right now leading lady from Omroep MAX: 37-year-old Dionne Stax. Many important programs of the senior broadcaster are presented by her. Weekly magazine Privé even speaks of ‘Omroep STAX’: “Was Samantha Steenwijk previously unable to beat the tube, Dionne Stax can also do something nowadays.”
Sneak at Stax
De Privé lists all kinds of programs with Dionne: “DNA Unknown, Van Onschatbare Waarde, Dream House Wanted, Het Hoge Noorden and De Nieuwe Vermeer … Dionne is busy with it!”
Marc-Marie Huijbregts reads this piece in his podcast and can therefore find himself in it all the time. “That’s right. I think she just knows something about Jan Slagter and blackmails him with it or something, or something from a broom closet.”
“Jesus, Dionne!”
It bothers Marc-Marie with how many programs Dionne can be seen. “She does DNA Unknown, Of Inestimable Value, Dream House Wanted, The High North and The New Vermeer. That’s way too much, isn’t it?”
Co-host Aaf Brandt Corstius: “That’s how she works herself into a burnout.”
Marc-Marie: “Yes, and we too, to be honest. No, but: it’s too much. That you think: Jesus, Dionne, hold back, yes.”
Limp dessert
Dionne also recently received a sneer from Private star journalist Jan Uriot. He called Dionne a “weak dessert.” “It’s a bit of vanilla custard. A bit of a limp dessert, you know. I really don’t think so.”
Jan surprised: “I don’t know why Omroep MAX gives her so many opportunities.”
