Dionne Stax is particularly bad at taking criticism; a damning comment from Johan Derksen also hit her. That is what TV connoisseur Rob Goossens says on NPO Radio 1.
At the end of last year, Rob Goossens wrote a long article about Dionne Stax, in which he gave the floor to Johan Derksen, among others. “She doesn’t need me from television, you know, but I think she’s a bit of an ice bunny,” said the Today Inside star, among other things. And: “She is a robot without charisma.”
Dionne piqued
So Dionne absolutely can’t stand that, Rob now says in the program The Press Stand on NPO Radio 1. “Dionne Stax is someone who is much more concerned about negativity than other colleagues in Hilversum.”
He says: “At one point I wrote a profile about her for Veronica Superguide and I gave a few words to a number of people who explain what her craftsmanship looks like and who rightly pointed out that Dionne Stax is quite a viewing figure gun for NPO 1. .”
Robot Stax
Viewer gun? “Okay, she has now made a series about first ladies in America that did a little less, but that was an exception. But in that 1,200-word piece there was one passage by Johan Derksen, who tells Johan Derksens, big steps quickly at home, that he thinks she is a robot with too fat t**ts or something insolent.”
Rob continues: “All things that I would never say myself, but that were in the story. At such a moment, I hear from her environment, Dionne Stax can no longer read all those beautiful words, because there is one person who does not know her at all and is in no way in a position to say that about her, says something ugly about her.”
disrespectful
Rob himself would never say about Dionne what Johan has said. “I find that really disrespectful. I also see what Dionne Stax can do. I know she doesn’t have her television job purely because of her looks. So I would never get that over my lips.”
