Diksmuide not appealing against Compovit . permit
The environmental permit is intended for the construction of a biobed and an expansion of the storage. The city will not appeal because this has a suspensive effect, making the construction of a biobed impossible. That biobed should prevent the odor nuisance. Diksmuide is also investing everything in a lawsuit it has filed against the company. The judge can then force Compovit to take additional measures.
