Different prices during peak and off-peak hours: NMBS hopes to make significant changes to tariff formulas in the course of 2024

In February next year, the NMBS’s fares should normally be indexed – the proposal is on the agenda of the Board of Directors this week – but in the course of 2024 the railway company hopes to significantly simplify its tariff formulas. This was confirmed during the hearing of CEO Sophie Dutordoir in the Parliamentary Mobility Committee.
