Delivery vans and trucks are increasingly being hit by thieves after their fuel. They steal diesel from cars by forcing the cap or they simply make a hole in the tank. Truck driver Raf Mennes recently discovered that something strange was going on with his truck. Surveillance images show how another truck is pumping Raf’s diesel.
