A forklift driver was injured this morning after a collision with a truck. This happened on a business site on Veilingstraat in New Amsterdam.
The forklift truck hit the truck in an obscure location. A fork allegedly pierced the truck’s diesel tank, after which the diesel spilled onto the road surface.
The driver of the forklift had to be stabilized after the impact. He was rushed to hospital with unknown injuries.
