Die Toten Hosen will be performing at the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf on June 24th and 25th. This is of course a home game and accordingly the excitement of the band and fans is huge as always.
The band celebrates its 40th anniversary and tours Germany under the motto “Everything out of love”. More than 600,000 tickets have already been sold. Here you can find all important information about the two gigs in Düsseldorf.

The concerts in Düsseldorf are already sold out. There is currently no prospect of remaining contingents. In front of the stadium itself, however, you usually have a good chance of getting a ticket. Around 50,000 spectators are expected per show.
Entry/Start
Admission is from 3:30 p.m. on both days. The opening bands start at 5:30 p.m. On June 24th it’s The Donots and The Stranglers and on June 25th it’s The Beatsteaks and The Stranglers again. The Toten Hosen’s gigs probably end around 10:45 p.m.

The Merkur Spiel-Arena can be easily reached by public transport. On the On the overview page you will find all the information on how to get here by bus and train.
On event days, the U78 underground line runs to the Merkur Spiel-Arena every 5 minutes. The stop there is called “Merkur Spiel-Arena/Messe-Nord”. After the concert, special Rheinbahn trains leave the station every 2.5 minutes. The travel time between Düsseldorf main station and the Merkur Spiel-Arena station is about 15 minutes. The fare is included in the ticket price for many events.
The Merkur Spiel-Arena can be reached by car via the following routes: From the north via the A52 and A3, from the west via the A44 and A57 and from the south via the A57 and A59. The grounds of Messe Düsseldorf are in the immediate vicinity of the arena. Both the venue and Messe Düsseldorf are clearly signposted. From the A44 motorway, exit AS 29 “Düsseldorf-Messe/Arena” leads directly to the event location.
After entering the arena and exhibition grounds, drivers follow the signs to parking area P1. A total of 20,000 parking spaces are available on the Arena grounds. Information about parking fees is available valet service24.

Thunderstorms and rain showers are reported for the evening. The temperatures drop to around 23 degrees in the early evening and reach around 19 degrees at the end of the concert.
25th June
It will remain cloudy for most of the afternoon and evening at a comfortable 24 degrees. In the evening the sun could easily come out. Rain is not expected.
