Additional information has been obtained about the backgrounds of Sega’s Rovio stores. Rovio warmed up the buyer candidate already a year ago by saunaing Japanese guests. The Japanese game company Sega is buying Rovio, known for Angry Birds, for around 706 million euros. Rovio’s board is in favor of the stores. At Tuesday’s press conference, the companies explained the background and goals of the purchase offer.
