Dick Lukkien will make the switch from FC Emmen to FC Groningen this summer.

The 50-year-old trainer closes the door in Emmen after seven seasons. After the dismissal of Frank Wormuth, FC Groningen also inquired about the coach, but it did not come to a winter transfer.
For Lukkien, the switch means a return to his old love. Between 2010 and 2016, the trainer was assistant to the first team and coach of the reserves.
This summer, Lukkien will take over from Dennis van der Ree, who started as an assistant at FC Groningen at the start of the season. He took over from Wormuth.
