DHL collaborates with Berlin brand Haderlump

DHL is collaborating again with the Berlin fashion label Haderlump.

The German logistics company DHL announced on Monday that the second capsule with Haderlump follows a collection in spring.

After collections with brands such as Vetements and Veldskoen, DHL is once again focusing on collaboration with the fashion industry. Haderlump is known for its use of recycled materials and overproduction fabrics. In this collection, too, discarded clothing from the logistics company was used for the new designs. DHL’s typical branding, including the brand emblem and contrasting colors, runs through the designs.

“I have been familiar with DHL workwear with its characteristic colors since my childhood – yellow sleeves and red torso with black side inserts,” says Haderlump designer Johann Ehrhardt. The fashion designer combined these designer characteristics with elements of his own brand such as the use of leather and lush cuts.

The DHL capsule includes a fitted, extra-long evening dress in the logistics group’s typical colors of yellow, red and black. Long sleeves and the high collar are reminiscent of the typical work uniform. Furthermore, a two-tone leather blazer was combined with a knee-length, black pleated skirt and logo boots. A coat with a pleated back yoke, train and emblem inserts completes the capsule.

The first collaboration between DHL and Haderlump used used clothing items to create a collection of blazers, jackets and hoodies.

‘DHL x Haderlump’ is on display at the interdisciplinary fashion location Platte.Berlin until December 8th.
