The German national hockey team has extended its winning streak under the new national coach Andre Henning.
The selection of the German Hockey Association (DHB) also won the fourth game in the Pro League in Potchefstroom, South Africa. The team beat the hosts 3-1 (2-0) on Monday. The goals for the Germans were scored by Christopher Ruhr (11th), Malte Hellwig (27th) and Paul-Philipp Kaufmann (46th).
The Olympic fourth-placed had previously celebrated victories against France (3-2 and 4-2) and the South Africans (6-1) since last Wednesday. In the table, the DHB team improved with four wins from six games to second place behind arch-rivals Netherlands.
