Succession plan for the board of directors of Fernheizwerk Neukölln AG
At its meeting on June 21, 2022, the Supervisory Board appointed Ms. Annette Siering as sole director of Fernheizwerk Neukölln AG with effect from August 15, 2022.
Mr. Stefan Preidt, who has been appointed to the Management Board on an interim basis by the Supervisory Board in accordance with Section 105 (2) AktG, will return to the company’s Supervisory Board when Ms. Siering’s appointment takes effect.
