The German soccer players present themselves to their fans before the upcoming games in the World Cup qualifiers in Frankfurt.
As announced by the German Football Association, the team of national coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg will have a public session on August 30th in the Brentanobad stadium. The start is at 4:30 p.m., trailers must book free admission tickets online in advance due to the necessary security concept.
“Unfortunately, since we can’t play a home game at our first meeting after the European Championship, we would like to at least offer our fans open training,” said Voss-Tecklenburg: “It’s also an option for us, thanks for the great support during the European Championship to say and to celebrate the kick-off into the new season together. We are very much looking forward to everyone who is coming.”
In the first international phase of the new season, the DFB women will play World Cup qualifiers in Turkey on September 3 (2:45 p.m.) and in Bulgaria on September 6 (6:30 p.m.).
The first home game against France is scheduled for October 7th at prime time at 8:30 p.m. in Dresden.
