Japan’s national soccer player Daichi Kamada believes the DFB-Elf of national coach Hansi Flick at the World Cup in Qatar a great success up to the title.
“Germany is definitely one of the big favorites at the World Cup. I know many of the players, it will be a very difficult game for us. Many players are of very high quality, they are absolute top-level players,” said the midfielder from Eintracht Frankfurt of the “German Press Agency”.
The Japanese will challenge the 2014 world champion at the Chalifa International Stadium in Al-Rajjan on Wednesday (2 p.m. / ARD and MagentaTV).
Kamada won the Europa League with Eintracht this year, but does not see any players of the highest caliber in his national team.
“There are no big superstars who are particularly outstanding individually. But the team works well, that’s our great strength. Everyone supports each other,” said the 26-year-old, who works for the Bundesliga club from Hesse as well as in Germany national team is a regular player.
