Despite storm tonight ‘just’ live on NH Radio Emmen – Volendam and Telstar – NAC Breda

Despite the fact that the KNMI has partly issued a code red, football will still be played tonight. FC Volendam awaits the squatter in Drenthe against FC Emmen, the only team that manages to stay in the lead of the leader. Will Volendam fend off the competitor or will Emmen make the title fight exciting again? You can hear it live on NH Radio from 7 p.m.

Of course the broadcast also includes a direct report from Telstar – NAC Breda. And should the storm still ravage the province in full force, our reporters will report from the places where it happens.

Topper

The football eyes are of course focused on the top match in the first division between FC Emmen and FC Volendam. Seven points is the difference in the ranking in favor of Volendam, which played one more game.

This season, the men of trainer Wim Jonk were unable to beat Emmen. In the competition, after a 2-0 lead, it became 2-2† Emmen was in Volendam in the KNVB Cup 3-0 too strong† Although FC Volendam has not lost 24 games in a row and is strong in away games, Emmen-uit always proves difficult. Frank van der Meijden reports from stadium De Oude Meerdijk. Kick-off is at 8:00 PM.

In Velsen-Zuid, Telstar will meet an appealing opponent with NAC Breda, who has performed disappointingly this season. The people from Brabant have a much higher budget, but are in tenth place. Outside of Breda, only nine points were taken in twelve games. Telstar is number thirteen in the ranking.

swamp

Trainer Andries Jonker indicated yesterday after training that the bulging infirmary has emptied quite a bit in the past week, so that he has something to choose against against NAC. You will find out tonight who is playing and whether Telstar can push NAC deeper into the swamp. Also at Telstar – NAC Breda the kick-off is at 20:00. Your commentator is Erik-Jan Brinkman.

In NH Sport we will also keep you informed about MVV Maastricht – Jong AZ and the developments surrounding storm Eunice. Your presenter is Stef Swagers
