Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex, which was completely renovated between 1999-2006 with the resources of our Club and the unmatched support of our community; Today, it is also the pioneer of modern stadiums and establishments made with the support of our state in our country.

In 2012, he applied to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the transfer of our stadium to our club. Upon the unanswered application of our club; a lawsuit has been filed by us before the relevant Administrative Court; The lawsuit filed was definitively rejected by the decision of the 10th Chamber of the Council of State, dated 15.02.2022 and numbered E. 2020/4603 K. 2022/697.
While the above-mentioned litigation process continues, our club made a separate application to the Ministry of Youth and Sports on 24.09.2020 and requested to inform which sports clubs have been transferred free of charge within the framework of the Law on Access to Information No. 4982, but this request was rejected and no information was given to our club. .
Thereupon, an administrative lawsuit was filed for the annulment of this refusal with the request that the refusal of our request to obtain information is unlawful, and with the decision of the Ankara 4th Administrative Court dated 21.02.2022 and numbered 2021/309 E. 2022/369 K. It has been determined that the process of not giving information is not in compliance with the law.
Based on this court decision, a re-application was made to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which refused the information process, and a request for information on the same subject again, and the reply from the Ministry of Youth and Sports was informed that TWO CLUBS in the Super League were allocated free of charge. has been acquired.
It also shares with the public the rightful application of our Fenerbahce, a unique “sports club” in the world, which has provided unique services to Turkish sports with its history, story and achievements since 1907, trains athletes in 8 Olympic branches, especially football, and sends the most athletes to the Olympics. ;
