Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Pierre-Yves Dermagne (PS), on Thursday evening defended the participation of his party chairman Paul Magnette in the national purchasing power demonstration organized by the three trade unions in Brussels on Monday. That presence drew criticism from the liberal partners within Vivaldi. “It is normal for the socialists to stand next to the workers,” Dermagne said in the TV program “Jeudi en Prime” on RTBF.
