Deputy of the Rada Chernov announced the US information operation against Russia

The United States is conducting one of the largest intelligence operations in history against Russia, spreading information about its “imminent invasion” of Ukraine. About it declared on Facebook, the permanent representative of Ukraine to NATO and the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People party Yegor Chernov.

“The United States is conducting one of the largest intelligence operations in history against Russia. And we must clearly understand this when we hear about an imminent invasion, ”he wrote.

According to him, the purpose of this special operation is to “finally expel Putin from Europe.” In addition, its initiators are trying to prevent the creation of a single Eurasian space “from Vladivostok to Lisbon” and the One Belt, One Road project, in which Russia will play a key role. To do this, they seek to mobilize the NATO countries and restore the unity of the alliance with the West, create a “toxic” image of Russia in the eyes of the world community and cause as much damage as possible to its economy without resorting to war, the deputy writes.

Washington also wants to spread anti-war sentiment among Russians and demoralize part of the Russian military elite by exposing classified materials, Chernov believes.
