During the battles for Mariupol, the deputy commander of the Black Sea Fleet, captain of the first rank Andrey Paliy, died, Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev said on his Telegram channel.
“Andrey Nikolaevich chose to defend his homeland as his life’s work and died for our peaceful future. He was a very open and decent person. A real officer from a military dynasty.
