Competing in the 19th Mediterranean Games, national swimmer Deniz Ertan won the silver medal in the women’s 400 meters individual medley.
In the games held in Oran, Algeria, competitions were held in the swimming branch.
National athlete Deniz Ertan took the second step of the podium with a time of 4.40.97 in the women’s 400 meters individual medley. Viktoria Zeynep Güneş, on the other hand, achieved the fourth best time with 4.46.30.
The gold medal went to Italian Sara Franceschi with a time of 4.40.86.
