Before shooting, Herrmann-Wick calls out terms like “trust” and “love”. “It helps me to calm down and concentrate on the essentials,” the biathlete is quoted as saying by “Bild”.
Biathlon star Hermann-Wick relies on pop music
In the cross-country ski trail, Herrmann-Wick is one of the best athletes in the World Cup. In addition, the 34-year-old recently improved in standing shooting.
“I’m in a relaxed mode this year. That’s why there are more discs. I’ve always done well in training over the past few years,” reveals Herrmann-Wick.
