Denise, how did the company come about and for what purpose do you carry it out?

The administration began the activity in 1995. Our mission consists of the management and administration of the consortium’s resources in an orderly, efficient and transparent manner, generating the necessary works for adequate building conservation.

As far as repairs are concerned, we exchange budget requests with various companies that provide services for Plumbing, Gas, Masonry, Cleaning and Disinfection of hot and cold drinking water tanks. Boiler certification, Elevator Maintenance, Pest Control, Advice on Safety and Hygiene and on critical items with 24-hour emergency care.

We have advice regarding possible thermo-mechanical problems. Repair work is received, evaluated and quoted by the supplier. The requested budgets will contemplate the amount that the consortium considers necessary for each respective opportunity.

We have the support of legal advice in charge of a study with a wide and recognized trajectory, where through it the necessary professional guidance is provided to the consortium.

Periodic monitoring of the buildings is carried out, visiting personally and interacting by telephone with the staff as often as necessary and required by both.

Expense settlements are made at the end of the month through a web platform, in which the expenses incurred for the past month are explained and may contain some concept of forecast for upcoming expenses, if the timely management considers it appropriate. Each owner receives a clear detail showing the distribution of expenses, the list of delinquent owners and the financial status of the consortium.
