Denim pioneer collaborates with Japanese streetwear brand

The US denim icon Levi’s and the Japanese streetwear brand Ambush have developed a small joint collection. Ambush, which started with jewelery and took part in Milan Fashion Week with its own fashion show for the first time this year, is known for its idiosyncratic, gender-neutral style and has already worked with luxury labels such as Bulgari and sports companies such as Nike for collaborations. There was also a joint collection with Amazon.

Consisting of two trucker jackets and two jeans, Levi’s x Ambush reflects the luxury-meets-streetwear approach that Ambush is known for.

Finished in a distressed indigo wash, the loose fit trucker jacket features signature silver-plated Ambush Bottle Cap button plackets at chest pockets and a special-edition black back patch combining the Levi’s and Ambush logos. The exclusive Ambush Embellished Loose Fit Trucker Jacket also comes in a used, indigo-colored wash and has bottle cap button plackets, individual jewelry embellishments and a silver-colored back patch that shows the two logos in a special edition.

The two jeans are a 517 bootcut and a baggy fit jean. All four pieces are gender neutral and available in limited quantities online and in select stores for both brands.
