The Flemish government will consider the introduction of deposits on cans and plastic bottles as soon as the Walloon study on the subject has been completed. That will take a few days or weeks, Minister of the Environment Zuhal Demir (N-VA) stated in the Environment Committee of the Flemish Parliament. She responded to a question from Mieke Schauvliege (Green).
