The Public Prosecution Service demands prison terms of between two and ten years against eight men suspected of a series of violent robberies, including the failed robbery of René van der Gijp and the armed robbery of Nikkie de Jager.
The toughest requirements are for Hamza T. (ten years), Saïd O. (nine years) and Eddie N. (eight years). They were involved in the robbery of De Jager and her boyfriend. The Public Prosecution Service is also requesting a five-year territorial injunction for Uden against these three suspects.
According to the public prosecutor, all burglaries, robberies and/or preparations have been proven. The officer speaks of very serious facts.
The lawyers will hold their pleas next week. The court in Rotterdam will rule on 8 July at 9 a.m.
Van der Gijp was the victim of an attempted robbery in April 2020. When I got home it was Veronica Insideface attacked by three men who smashed into his car with hammers. However, the windows of the car turned out to be armored and nothing was captured.
In August 2020, De Jager, also known as NikkieTutorials, and her fiancé were robbed in their home. A bag and various jewelry were stolen during the armed robbery.
