Tuna fish fry

(for 6 people)

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

75 g Parmesan

4 dl orzo pasta

2 tsp tuna in oil

1 – 2 tablespoons of crushed Calabrian chilies

1 tsp (180 g/90 g) semi-dried tomatoes (or sun-dried tomatoes preserved in oil)

1 ps (65 g) baby spinach

2 tablespoons of fresh basil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of finger salt

¼ tsp black pepper

4 dl vegetable broth

1 tsp (150 g) grated mozzarella cheese

1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Grate the parmesan.

2. First, mix together the onions, orzo, tuna and crushed chili in a greased baking dish. Then add the other ingredients, the vegetable stock last. Mix thoroughly.

3. First cook in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and add the mozzarella. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned. Let the food rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Tip!

You can replace the tuna with another canned fish.
