Leaders Eisbären Berlin made a mistake in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) after the international break. The nine-time champion lost 0:3 (0:0, 0:1, 0:2) to the strong Schwenninger Wild Wings at the start of the 45th match day on Tuesday (February 13, 2024).
Seven games before the end of the main round, the capital club leads the table with three points ahead of pursuers Fischtown Pinguins Bremerhaven. Tylor Spink (26th), Alexander Karachun (46th) and Kyle Platzer (59th) shot the Wild Wings to their 19th home win and initially into fourth place.
