The initiation of the Maastricht student association Tragos took place between 2 and 5 September. According to sources, a parent of one of the students reported to Maastricht University about the experiences of prospective members. Students are said to have been pelted with urine, known in the student world as “streaks.” In addition, male aspiring members would have been forced to drink beer with sardines, leeks and garlic. As a result, students had to vomit. Because the aspiring members were on pallets, they vomited on each other, students reported to L1.
