Definitive agreement on land Dadipark: ‘A milestone’

Mayor Ward Vergote speaks of a milestone for Dadizele. Twenty years after the closure of the park, a final agreement has been reached with the landowners and the province about the redevelopment. It involves a mix of housing, recreation and water management. A watchtower should finish it off. NV Dadipark will be responsible for sixty homes, the province will provide a water buffer of 60,000 cubic meters. The municipality will receive 7 hectares of parkland free of charge.
