The trial of the Belgian part of the investigation into the attacks of 13 November 2015 in Paris started on Tuesday afternoon before the Brussels criminal court. In the case, fourteen suspects are on trial for their role in the preparations and the aftermath of those attacks. The process already starts with a first incident, the defense of Smail Farisi believes that the court should declare itself incompetent to rule on the facts charged against her client.
