Ajax is looking forward to the match against Feyenoord with a fit selection. An opponent that suits the team from Amsterdam very well, because of the last fifteen competition matches in the Johan Cruijff Arena, Ajax has won thirteen times. The other two games ended in a draw. The Rotterdam-squad last took three points with them in August 2005.

Leader Ajax has eight points more than number three Feyenoord in the ranking. PSV is the closest attacker to the reigning national champion and follows on two points.
