The well-known TikTokker Lucas Cornelissen (20), who died on Tuesday night in a tragic accident at the Molenberg in Den Bosch, was commemorated on Saturday evening by friends and acquaintances. All evening it was busy at the spot where Lucas died.
On the spot where Lucas landed in the water of the Dommel with his scooter, a large sea of flowers arose during the course of Saturday evening. The letters of Lucas’ name were formed with candles. “The many nightlife crowd that passed the site of the accident also remembered the death of the well-known TikTokker from Vlijmen,” a 112 correspondent said.

20-year-old Lucas was known for his dry and humorous videos on TikTok, especially popular among young people. He had more than 154,000 followers on this social medium.
Police believe a fatal accident killed Lucas on Tuesday night. Two passers-by saw Lucas end up in the water and immediately alerted the emergency services. A trauma helicopter was called in, among other things, and a special diving team from the fire brigade also came to the site of the accident. After some time, these divers found Lucas’ body in the water.
It is not clear how the man ended up in the river.
