The deceased man who was found last night in a house on Molenweg in Slootdorp is an 89-year-old man. The police assume a crime, presumably within the family. A 62-year-old man from Schagen was arrested in the same house.
Around a quarter to ten last night, the police received a report of a deceased person. The investigation is still ongoing, but according to the police it seems that the two men are related. The 62-year-old suspect is still being questioned at the police station.
