The death toll in an explosion Friday at the historic Saratoga hotel in the Cuban capital Havana has risen to 31. 24 people are also being treated in hospital, authorities on the island reported local time on Sunday. Cuban firefighters, meanwhile, continue to clear debris and search for victims.
