The earthquake that struck China’s Sichuan province on Monday killed at least 74 people, state media reported today. Yesterday the death toll stood at 65. 259 others were injured, 26 people are still missing. Access roads to the quake’s epicenter, which was located approximately 43 kilometers south of the city of Kangding, have now been opened.
