The deal’s latest season has progressed to a stage where individual play is looking up instead of team play.

The deal’s latest season has progressed more than halfway and competitors are clearly thinking of an increasingly looming limestone line ahead. The will to win has raised its head and it has caused the team spirit to crack.
During the week, the lines of the Mustang in particular are cracking and the team is getting a hairline with each other. The team is competing ShirlyClarissa, Henry and Jarno.
The task of the week is to organize a running event for children. The event must also take into account children belonging to special groups and the proceeds will be donated to support sports for children with disabilities.
Shirly will be selected as the team’s project manager. The deputy director’s portfolio will be discussed on a taxi ride when Jarno also expresses his interest in the position.
“I’d like Clar to have my right hand,” Shirly says.
Jarno laughs in disappointment at Shirly’s choice, as he says he longs for someone just like Clarissa to help him.
– However, there is no work to be done because of any title, Jarno says.
Confidence cracks
The close cooperation between Shirly and Clarissa is causing speculation in the Mustang as to whether the duo have any kind of alliance pending.
– I don’t think they are going to smoke me and hang out, even though they don’t know how far they have agreed, Jarno comments.
Clarissa assures her and Shirly there is no alliance behind her.
– But yes, there is one person out there, not if we are lost, there is a clearer (person) who could be dropped, Clarissa says.
In the interviews, Jarno also reminds that if the task goes wrong, it is the directorate who is responsible.
Distrust is a big part of the team’s work, as Clarissa is questioned by Jarno’s collaborative patterns in designing the event’s playground.
– I don’t really know now if he’s really done any deals, he hesitates.
On the morning of the event, Henri and Shirly in particular will face each other as the project manager splits the team in half.
– Toi is a really bad decision, there is no advantage in that, Henri loads.
Adviser Toni Lähde has also noticed a team crack. They don’t seem to blow into one coal, but cling to an individual game.
– There is no united team here, today there are questions on both sides, he says.
– There was a feeling that more personal games are played than team games, adds.
