The year 2022 had barely begun, the first personalities had already died – on January 1, US rapper J $tash made sad headlines after he allegedly murdered his girlfriend in front of her children and then took his own life. On the same day we also had to say goodbye to blaxploitation icon Max Julien, who appeared in films such as Roads to Hell and A Case for Cleopatra Jones during his lifetime. Another Hollywood legend passed away on January 6 in filmmaker Peter Bogdanovich, and we will also miss Korean actress Kim Mi-soo and Big Daddy Weave bassist and singer Jay Weaver. Not to mention all the others.
Here and above in the gallery an incomplete overview of the deceased celebrities in 2022 from art, culture and politics.
